– One user can be assigned with only a single profile and a single role, but multiple permission sets can be assigned.
– We cannot delete the user record in Salesforce, but we can freeze a user or deactivate.
– To freeze a user in Salesforce, go the user record and click on the Freeze button.
– If a user is frozen in Salesforce, unfreeze button is enabled on the user page to unfreeze the user.
– To enable a user a service cloud user, check the service cloud user checkbox on the user record.
– To assign a user a marketing cloud user, check the marketing user checkbox on the user record.

– The hierarchical relationship is only available on the user object, it is a special relationship. Self-relationship on the user object, we can relate the one user with the other user. For example, we can relate an employee and his/her manager by using this relationship.
– We can assign limited administrative benefits to a user who is not administrators by using delegated administration.
